Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, Favery customers receive a 14-day return policy upon the receipt of their order. Customized or personalized items are specially made and therefore are a final sale and ineligible for returns.

To initiate a return please contact us at admin@favery.com for a pre-paid U.S. Postal Service shipping label. If you return an item without prior authorization, it will be at our discretion whether we accept the item for return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from your refund/credit.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. Please pack returns with adequate protective padding, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.

Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment or can be issued in the form of a Favery credit. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.

If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first.
