We hope you love your sparkle, however, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.
If you decide your item is not right for you, please email email@example.com to initiate your return or exchange and we will send you a shipping label. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from your refund or credit. Refunds take approximately one week to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 7 days for the refund to post to your account.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:
- Returned with all the original all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches;
- Postmarked within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise; and,
- Packed with adequate protective padding, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:
- Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale;
- Personalized jewelry: All monogrammed and engraved items;
- Custom orders: Any jewelry piece that has been customized especially for you;
- Fine Jewelry and Handbag returns are eligible for store credit only; and,
- All international orders are final sale.
